What we collect, and what we don't.
Loved isn't built yet. Right now this website does one thing: it lets you leave your name if you'd like to hear when it's ready. This page explains exactly what happens to what you leave.

The short version. We collect your first name, your email address, and who you're thinking of. We use them to write to you about Loved and nothing else. We don't sell them, we don't rent them, we don't add you to a newsletter. Ask us to delete you and we will, the same day.
Who we are
Loved is a project of Pivot Agency (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/416259/07), based in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape. For anything on this page, write to hello@getloved.love and it reaches a person, not a queue.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Who it's for — your mum, your dad, both, a grandparent, someone else
- Which page you came from, so we know whether anyone is finding us
If you reply to one of our emails, we keep your reply, because that's the point of asking.
We do not ask for, want, or store anything about anyone's health, medication, or care. Loved is a communication and companionship product, not a medical, monitoring or emergency service — and this page is part of how we keep it that way.
Why we're allowed to hold it
Because you gave it to us and asked to hear from us. That's consent — under POPIA in South Africa, and under the UK and EU GDPR if you live there. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as replying with the word "remove".
Who else sees it
Three companies, each doing one job:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — stores the contact details and sends the emails
- Vercel — serves this website, and counts visits for us. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you: it tells us how many people arrived and roughly where from, and nothing more
- Meta — only if you consented to the advertising cookie, and only that you visited or signed up. Never your name or your email.
Nobody else. We don't sell data. There is no advertising network, no data broker, no "trusted partners".
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. We count visits using Vercel's analytics, which is cookieless — it stores nothing on your device and can't identify you, so we don't need to ask.
The one thing we do ask about is Meta's advertising pixel, which tells us how many people arrived from an advert and how many left their name. It records that somebody did, not who.
If you're in the UK or Europe, nothing loads until you press Accept. If you press Decline, nothing loads, and the site works exactly as well. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie choices link in the footer.
How long we keep it
Until Loved either exists or doesn't. If we decide not to build it, we'll tell you, delete the list, and that will be that. If we do build it, we'll write to you once — and you can leave then, with one click.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@getloved.love. We'll do it the same day, and we won't make it awkward or ask you why.
If you're in South Africa and you think we've mishandled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator. In the UK, the ICO. In the EU, your national data-protection authority.
Children
Loved is for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
